July sees me embark on my greatest motorcycle challenge since riding off road across South Africa in 2008. Follow me as I ride clockwise around the UK taking the coastline route as far as is reasonably possible to do and hopefully raising some money for the Alzheimer's Society along the way.

Stopping for lunch today ... And why not!
Venue is the Cornish Arms at Pendoggett. Can't remember the name of the beer I am drinking (sorry Vinnie) but I have taken a photo of the pump it came from!
