Parked the bike up at 6.30, so another long day in the saddle. Found my destination - the legendary Rose & Crown in Huish Escopi. The bar arrangement is slightly bizarre to say the least as there is no bar counter. You stand in the same space as the bar staff! Had a pint of Teignworthy (brewed in Newton Abbot, Devon before asking about potential b&b accommodation. This proved trickier than expected. However, pitching a tent in their field out the back! Result as they say. distance covered 371 kms.
