July sees me embark on my greatest motorcycle challenge since riding off road across South Africa in 2008. Follow me as I ride clockwise around the UK taking the coastline route as far as is reasonably possible to do and hopefully raising some money for the Alzheimer's Society along the way.

Day 5
Very civilised start to the day. Just had breakfast with my hosts Andrew and Annette overlooking the bay. Now to get ready to get back on the bike. Target destination today is Coniston.
