July sees me embark on my greatest motorcycle challenge since riding off road across South Africa in 2008. Follow me as I ride clockwise around the UK taking the coastline route as far as is reasonably possible to do and hopefully raising some money for the Alzheimer's Society along the way.

Final stop for the evening - Aberdovey
Feel a bit more human now having had a shower and a cup of tea! Distance covered for the day - 517 kms (321 miles).
